Here’s What You Should Know:

1. You MUST arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled game time. If you arrive late, it will affect the amount of time you have remaining in the game.
2. ***ALL SALES ARE FINAL*** Reservations cannot be changed or canceled once they are booked. Gift voucher purchases are also non-refundable.
3. All players are required to sign our online waiver prior to participating. Children under the age of 13 must be accompanied by an adult in the escape room. Children under the age of 18 must have a parent or guardian complete a waiver prior to arriving.
4. To guarantee your reservation, please book at least 1 hour in advance online or by phone. Occasionally, we are able to accommodate last-minute requests. To book a room with less than 1 hour advance notice, click the “Call” option. Please note that while we do our best to accommodate walk-ins and last-minute booking requests, availability cannot be guaranteed.
