Welcome to Sherlock’s Escape Rooms, Where YOU Can Discover Adventure!

Ever played an escape room?  They’re a fun way for friends, family, and co-workers to work together as a team to find clues and solve puzzles in order to escape from a locked room!  Each of our escape rooms are custom designed to be challenging, engaging, and immersive! You choose your room theme and book your reservation online or by phone, and we provide the adventure! When you arrive, you and your group will be given 1 hour to escape the room. You will have a series of clues, puzzles, codes, and locks inside the room that will need to be found, solved, and unlocked in order to discover the final solution to escape in time. It’s an experience like none other that will leave you with lots of memories and wanting to come back time and time again!  Check out our frequently asked questions below or call us for more details.

 

How Much Does It Cost to Play?

1-HOUR IN-PERSON GAMES:  $31.99 per player (ages 6 and up)

30-MINUTE KIDS ESCAPE ROOM (Fort Worth, TX):  $17.99 per player (ages 4 and up).  A 3-player minimum is recommended for this room. Adults do NOT need to accompany the children during the game; however, all ages are welcome to play. This room is designed for ages 7 and up.

LARGE GROUP DISCOUNTS: Book 2 full 1-hour rooms to receive a 10% discount, 3 full rooms to receive a 15% discount, 4 full rooms to receive a 20% discount and 5 full rooms to receive a 25% discount.  Group discounts cannot be combined with other offers. Large groups must be booked over the phone to receive the discount. Large group availability varies at each location.

*Applicable sales tax and a $4.25 processing fee per booking (not per player) may apply.

 

What Are Your Business Hours?

Sherlock’s Escape Rooms is open daily by appointment. Game times vary by location.

 

Is Sherlock’s Escape Rooms Wheelchair Accessible?

While our facilities are handicap accessible, not all of the props or the entirety of our rooms are. Should you need special assistance during your game, our game masters will be happy to assist you. Feel free to call us for details regarding specific game room accommodations.

 

What is the Age Requirement?

While our games are specifically designed to be challenging for adults, we believe that children can be great detectives, too. Please keep in mind that children 12 and under must be accompanied by a paying adult in our 1-hour rooms. Children under the age of 18 must have a parent or guardian complete the online wavier prior to arriving or one may be completed upon arrival.

The Jungle Jr. at our Fort Worth, TX location is a fun, interactive escape room that kids can play all by themselves!  This room is a 30-minute adventure and is recommended for children ages 7 and up.  Adults are always welcome but not required for the kids escape room.  We allow children to play and explore on their own so they can feel like real jungle adventurists, too!

 

How Many People Can be in a Room?

All of our rooms are private game experiences (at no extra cost to you), which means you’ll never play with strangers. Each room at each location has a specified player capacity. A minimum of 2 players is required in order to play most rooms. If a player wishes to play a room with just 1 player, payment for 2 tickets is required.

 

Can I Change or Cancel My Reservation?

All reservations and sales are final.  No refunds are given for late, missed, or canceled reservations. Should your group need to reschedule or cancel for any reason, 48-hour notice must be provided in order to receive a store credit on your Sherlock’s customer account and a $25 cancellation/rescheduling fee per room will apply for any canceled or rescheduled games.

 

How Do I Make a Reservation?

You can book your reservation over the phone or online by clicking on Book Now and selecting your location. We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, and Discover. If you need assistance, feel free to call us and we can help you with your reservation.
Parking is FREE!

 

When Should I Arrive?

It is important to arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled game time. When you arrive, your group will be checked in and then given instructions on how to play and your game time will begin immediately afterwards. If you arrive late, you will not have the full game time to play, as the game end time does not change.  No refunds are given for late, missed, or canceled games.

 

Who Will be in the Room with Me?

At Sherlock’s, you never have to play with strangers or pay more for a private room! Your game experience will be private, which means your group is the only one in the room with you. The Game Master will not be in the room with you during the game, however he or she will be monitoring your experience on surveillance and will be able to help you with clues throughout the game, should you need it.

 

Can I Have My Next Party at Sherlock’s Escape Rooms?

Yes! Sherlock’s Escape Rooms is the perfect place to have your next party! We can accommodate small and large groups. Please call to make reservations for groups requiring more than one room.

Need a party room? Our Dallas and Fort Worth, TX locations offer a party room that you can reserve before or after your game. Please call for reservations.

 

Can I Purchase a Gift Card?

An adventure at Sherlock’s Escape Rooms is the perfect gift!
To purchase a gift card, please click the “Gift Card” button on our homepage and select the dollar amount and quantity of gift cards you would like. Sherlock’s gift vouchers can be used on any escape game at any time. The unused balance can be used at a later date. Applicable taxes are applied at the time the gift voucher is redeemed.

No refunds or credits can be given. Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash or be used on merchandise or for the purchase of another gift voucher.  Gift vouchers do not expire. Gift cards are only valid at the location for which they are purchased. However, gift cards purchased for our Northern KY locations can be used at both the Florence and/or Cold Spring locations.

 

How Do I Redeem a Gift Voucher?

To redeem a gift voucher, please click on the “Book Now” button on our website and then enter the 6-digit voucher code at checkout or provide the code over the phone when making a reservation.

 

Are Pets Allowed?

For the comfort, health, and safety of all our guests, pets are not permitted within our facilities. However, we do allow Certified Service Animals. When possible, please let us know in advance if you will have a Certified Service Animal with you.
